What digital products sell well on Instagram?

The easiest way to sell digital products on Instagram is to sell the thing your followers already ask you for in comments and DMs. Popular formats:

• Ebooks and guides: recipes, study notes, travel itineraries, a “how I did it” playbook.
• Presets and filters: Lightroom presets for photographers and travel creators.
• Templates: Canva templates, Notion planners, resume templates, budget spreadsheets.
• Plans: workout plans, meal plans, 30-day challenges as PDFs.
• Printables and wallpapers: planners, art prints, phone wallpapers.
• Services: a paid consultation or review, sold like a product.

Start with one product. A focused first launch teaches you more than a store with ten items nobody has seen yet.

How to price a digital product

• Make the first one easy to say yes to. A low first price (for example ₹199 for a preset pack) gets you your first buyers and reviews.
• Price by the result, not the page count. A 12-page guide that saves someone a week of work is worth more than a 100-page one that does not.

Set up Razorpay for UPI and card payments (India)

1. Create a Razorpay account and complete its KYC. Razorpay sets its own requirements and approval times, so check its onboarding page for the documents it needs.
2. In Razorpay, go to Account & Settings → API Keys and generate a key. Use Test keys to try the flow first, then Live keys for real payments.

Add a Product block to your link in bio

1. In your page editor, add a Product block.
2. Fill in the product name, an image, a short description and the price. Add a compare-at price if you are running an offer.
3. Upload the file buyers get after paying (PDF, preset pack, ZIP and so on).
4. Set the button text, for example “Get the presets”, and move the block to the top of your page.

What the buyer sees

They tap the button and pay in a secure Razorpay window by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps), card, netbanking or wallet. Straight after paying they land on an order page with a private download link, and they also get an email receipt. You get an email for every sale, and each order is logged in your Sales dashboard. If a buyer pays but closes the browser before the confirmation, the sale is recovered automatically.

• Coupon (Pro) to share a discount code during a launch.

How to promote your product on Instagram

• Reels that show the result. Before/after edits for presets, a flip-through for an ebook, a finished dashboard for a template. End with “link in bio”.
• Stories with a link sticker. The sticker is clickable for everyone, so Stories are your most direct sales channel. Link straight to your Biolinko page.
• Say what they get. “Get my 10 travel presets, link in bio” beats a bare “link in bio”.

Selling digital products from outside India
