1The 14-day guarantee
Your first Pro payment, monthly or yearly, is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full to the original payment method.
2Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, because you can cancel before they happen. We send a reminder 3 days before every yearly renewal. If you missed it and contact us within 7 days of a yearly renewal without having used Pro features in that time, we will refund it as a courtesy.
3Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Billing in your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your page continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. There is no cancellation fee.
4Sales you make through your page
Payments your visitors make for your products, bookings or tips go to your own payment account. Biolinko does not hold that money and cannot refund it. Buyers should contact the page owner directly; you set your own refund terms for what you sell.
5How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card, UPI ID or wallet. We issue them within 2 business days; your bank or provider then takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. Currency conversion differences and bank fees, if any, are outside our control.
6Fair use
The guarantee is for trying Biolinko in good faith. We may decline repeat refunds on the same account, or refunds where the terms of service were broken.
