1The service
Biolinko lets you build a public page that collects your links, media, products and forms at one address, and gives you analytics about who visits it. These terms are a contract between you and Meek Media LLP. By creating an account or using a page you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
2Your account
- You must be 13 or older, or the minimum age in your country, and give accurate details.
- You are responsible for everything published under your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been compromised.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim names that are inactive for 12 months, impersonate a brand or person, or are misleading.
3Acceptable use
Do not use Biolinko to publish or link to anything that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful. That includes malware and phishing, scams and fake giveaways, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, doxxing, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule, without notice when the risk to others is serious.
4Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free forever, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices can change; we give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a change affects them.
- Yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
- We charge no platform fee on sales you make through your page. Standard payment processing fees still apply.
- If a payment fails or a plan lapses, your page stays live on the Free plan and Pro-only blocks are hidden until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
5Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us a licence to host, display, cache and back it up so the service works, and to show your page in our public directory only if you turn that option on. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and other people's likeness.
6Availability and changes
We aim for high uptime, but the service is provided "as is". We may add, change or retire features. If we ever discontinue the whole service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
7Liability
To the extent the law allows, Meek Media LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published by users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy policy.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the city where Meek Media LLP is registered (16 Cross Street, Kolkata, India).
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Biolinko after that means you accept the new terms.
