What should a realtor put in their link in bio?
People tap an agent's link for one of three reasons, so build the page around them:
- Buyers want to see what is for sale or for rent right now, and book a viewing.
- Sellers and landlords want proof you can sell: sold properties, reviews and how long you have worked the area.
- Everyone wants a fast way to reach you: call, WhatsApp, or save your number for later.
Anything that does not serve one of those three, like a link to every social post, can go further down or come off the page.
Recommended real estate link in bio setup
Blocks, top to bottom:
- Header with a professional photo and one line: “Helping families buy and sell in Whitefield, Bengaluru.”
- Save contact (vCard) with your name, agency, phone, email and office address.
- WhatsApp chat with a prefilled message: “Hi, I saw your page and I am looking for a 2BHK in…”.
- Featured link cards, one per hot listing, with the property photo, a badge such as “New” or “Price drop”, and a link to the full listing on your website or portal.
- Event block for each open house, with address, date, time and an add-to-calendar button.
- Countdown to the next open house or project launch.
- Contact form titled “Tell me what you are looking for”. Name, email and message go to your inbox and your leads list.
- Phone signup: “Get new listings on WhatsApp first.”
- Video block with a YouTube walkthrough of your best listing.
- Link button to your Google reviews, labelled “Read 120+ reviews on Google” (use your real number).
- Map with directions to your office.
- Social icons for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Add with Pro
- Testimonial blocks with quotes from past buyers and sellers.
- Image slider for a photo tour of one property.
- Booking to embed your Calendly or Cal.com viewing slots.
- Scheduling so an open house disappears from the page once it is over.
- Pixels (Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok, LinkedIn) if you run ads and want to retarget page visitors.
Example page outline for a realtor
Here is how a finished page might read on a phone, for an agent called Priya at biolinko.me/priyahomes:
- Priya Sharma, Realtor. “Buying, selling and renting in Whitefield since 2015.”
- [Save my contact] [Chat on WhatsApp]
- Featured: “3BHK with park view, Prestige Shantiniketan” (badge: New)
- Featured: “2BHK ready to move, 5 min from ITPL” (badge: Price drop)
- Open house: Sunday 19 Oct, 11am to 2pm, add to calendar
- Tell me what you are looking for (contact form)
- Get new listings on WhatsApp (phone signup)
- Read our Google reviews
- Office location and directions
Five to ten blocks is plenty. Visitors on a phone will not scroll through thirty listings; link to your full inventory instead.
Real estate link in bio tips that bring in leads
- Rotate listings weekly. Keep two to four live properties on the page and remove sold ones the same day. A stale listing costs you trust.
- Write the location first. “Koramangala, 3BHK, ₹1.8 Cr” beats a project name buyers have not heard of.
- Use a specific WhatsApp message. A prefilled “I am interested in buying / renting / selling” tells you who you are talking to before you reply.
- Ask for reviews. Link straight to your Google review form after every closing, and put the reviews link on the page.
- Answer common questions in a FAQ block: commission, documents needed, home loan help, NRI buying.
- Check your analytics. Biolinko shows which buttons and listings get tapped, so you can see which properties people actually click.
- Tag your links. Use the free UTM Builder on listing links so your website analytics shows which visits came from Instagram.
Put your page on yard signs, flyers and visiting cards with a QR code
Your page link works offline too. Make a QR code of biolinko.me/yourname with the free QR Code Generator and print it on:
- “For sale” and “To let” boards, so people walking by can see the listing and message you.
- Open house sign-in sheets and printed brochures.
- Visiting cards, letterheads and the back of your car.
Because the QR code points to your page, not to one listing, you never need to reprint it. Change the listings on the page and every printed code shows the new ones. Want a full digital card instead of paper? Try the Digital Business Card tool.
Can your link in bio page show up on Google?
Yes, it can. A published Biolinko page is open to search engines by default. Your page title becomes the title in search results, your bio becomes the description, and the page includes ProfilePage structured data that connects it to your social profiles. You can also turn on List in directory so the page is added to the public directory and the sitemap, which helps search engines find it sooner.
For an agent, this means a page titled with your name and agency, with a bio that says the area you cover, can appear when people search your name. Nobody can promise a ranking, but it gives you one more result you control. If you would rather keep the page out of search, switch on Hide from search engines in the page settings. Password-protected pages are always hidden.
Where Biolinko is not the right fit for agents
- No listing database or MLS feed. You add listings by hand as links or cards. Agents with hundreds of properties should link to their website or portal search.
- No CRM. Form and signup entries are saved in your dashboard, and Pro exports them as CSV for your CRM.
The Free plan covers one page with up to 30 blocks. Pro is $5/month (₹299 in India) and adds Testimonials, Booking, Image slider, scheduling, pixels and your own domain. See pricing.
