About this tool

Your name or business and contact details, the client’s details, a unique invoice number, the issue date and due date, a description of each item or service with quantity and price, any tax shown separately, the total due and how to pay.

Add a tax row with its label and rate, for example GST 18% or VAT 20%, and add your tax registration number in the From section. Rules differ by country and by client location, so check with your accountant; this tool does the maths, not tax advice.

Use a simple sequence that never repeats, like INV-0001, INV-0002, or include the year, like 2026-014. This tool remembers your last number and moves to the next one when you start a new invoice.

Often yes, if you agreed to it up front. State it in your terms, for example "1.5% per month on overdue balances", and keep it reasonable and legal where you and your client are.

Send the invoice on the day the work is done, give a short due date, and make paying effortless: add your UPI ID, PayPal link or bank details, or share one payment link page where clients can pay in a tap.

Only in this browser (local storage). Nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data removes the draft, so keep a PDF copy of every invoice you send.
