What is an influencer media kit?
An influencer media kit is a short document, usually one page, that tells a brand who you are, who follows you, how well your content performs and what you offer. Think of it as a CV for collaborations. Brands and agencies receive many pitches, and a clear kit answers their first questions (audience size, engagement, location, past partners, price) before they have to ask.
This media kit generator builds that page for you as a live A4 preview. You type, it lays everything out, scales long text to fit, and exports a ready-to-send file.
What to put in a media kit
| Section | What brands look for | Where it goes in the tool |
|---|---|---|
| Photo and name | A recognisable face or logo | Add your photo, Name |
| Niche and short bio | Fit with their product in one glance | Niche or tagline, Short bio (up to 280 characters) |
| Platforms | Handle, followers and engagement rate per platform | Platforms (up to 6 rows) |
| Audience location | Whether your followers live where they sell | Audience: top countries (up to 5) |
| Age and gender | Match with their target customer | Age split % and Women % / Men % |
| Past collaborations | Proof other brands trusted you | Brands you have worked with |
| Services and rates | What they can buy and roughly for how much | Services & rates (up to 6), Show rates toggle |
| Contact | How to reach you today | Location, Contact email, Link in bio |
Audience numbers come from your platform insights (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio). If you are not sure of your engagement rate, work it out first with the engagement rate calculator.
How to make a media kit with this free template
- Add your photo. Tap the photo box or drag an image onto it. It is cropped to fit automatically; Remove photo clears it. Without a photo, your initials are shown.
- Write the basics: name, niche or tagline, a short bio, location, contact email and your link-in-bio address.
- Fill in platforms. Each row has a platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat, Newsletter or Podcast), handle, followers and engagement rate. Followers accept short forms like
12.5Kor1.2M. Use + Add for more rows and x to remove one. - Describe your audience: up to five countries with their share in %, the age split across 13-17, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44 and 45+, and the women/men split (anything left over is shown as Other).
- List brands and services. Brands are comma separated. Each service row has a name and a rate in any currency, e.g. "Instagram Reel" and "₹25,000" or "$850". Untick Show rates to hide prices; the kit then shows "Rates on request" instead.
- Pick a template (Clean light, Bold dark or Editorial) and an accent colour from the swatches or the colour picker.
- Export. PNG gives 1240 x 1754 px (A4 at 150 dpi), PNG 2x gives 2480 x 3508 px for print, and Print / save as PDF opens your print dialog: choose Save as PDF as the destination.
The form is not saved between visits, so export a copy (or keep your numbers in a note) before you close the tab.
Media kit examples by creator type
- Micro fitness creator (UK): Instagram 48.2K at 4.6%, TikTok 126K at 7.1%; audience mostly 18-34 and women; services Reel, TikTok video, Story set, YouTube integration. This is the sample loaded in the tool.
- Indian beauty creator: Instagram and YouTube rows, audience India 72%, UAE 6%, US 5%; services in rupees, such as "Reel + 3 stories" and "Dedicated YouTube video".
- Podcaster: Podcast and Newsletter rows with downloads and subscribers in the followers column; services such as "60-second host-read ad".
- Local café or salon pitching collaborations with nearby brands: one Instagram row, city in Location, and "Rates on request" by turning rates off.
- Musician: TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, with services like "Sound placement" and "Live session feature".
Media kit tips and common mistakes
- Keep it to one page. Brand managers skim. The generator is built for a single A4 page on purpose.
- Use current numbers. Update before every pitch; the footer prints "Updated" with the current month and year, so brands can see how fresh the kit is. A kit showing 30K when your profile says 26K costs trust.
- Round honestly. 48.2K is fine; rounding 41K up to "50K" is not.
- Show audience, not just size. A brand selling in India cares more that 70% of your audience is in India than about your total.
- Write starting rates. Say "from" in the rate field when price depends on usage rights or deliverables, or hide rates and discuss per brief.
- Name the file well. "YourName-MediaKit-2026.pdf" is easier to find in a busy inbox than "image (3).png".
- Do not list brands you have not worked with. Agencies check.

Media kit generator vs Canva media kit templates
Canva media kit templates are a good choice if you want full design freedom, several pages, custom fonts and brand assets, and you are comfortable moving elements around. The trade-off is time: you edit each text box, rebuild charts by hand and keep everything aligned when numbers change.
This generator is form-based. You enter data, and the charts (country bars, age bars, gender split), cards and layout are drawn for you, so updating next month means changing a few numbers. It has fewer design options (three templates and an accent colour) and no account or sign-in. Many creators use this for a quick, always-current one-pager and a design tool for a longer agency deck.
Your photo and numbers stay on your device
The kit is drawn on a canvas in your browser. Your photo is read locally and never uploaded, your audience data and rates are not sent to Biolinko, and the PNG and PDF files are created on your device. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.
PDF for the pitch, link in bio for the latest numbers
A PDF is a snapshot. A link-in-bio page is live: brands who open biolinko.me/yourname see your current content, platforms and a contact button. Put the same link in the kit's Link in bio field, so a brand that likes the PDF can find you in one tap. See link in bio for creators or create your free page.
